The home includes both the main 3BR house and a private 1BR in-law suite with its own entrance and full kitchen. The in-law suite is attached but completely private. The entire property, including the large backyard, is for your exclusive use. Air Conditioning: Each living room has a portable A/C unit for cooling. Bedrooms do not have A/C but do have ceiling fans. Seasonal Notice: This area experiences harmless mayflies during warmer months, mostly outside. We also take preventative pest measures as ants are common in summer. If anything needs attention, we’re always close by and happy to help. Basement: Strictly off limits unless approved by property owner for washer and dryer use. Washer and dryer use available for an extra $25 fee.
